I spend an exorbitant amount of time looking for upcoming releases in both books and movies. I’ve been wanting to create a new weekly post for Natflix&Books for awhile and decided this would be the perfect post for my movie and book blog. On Tuesdays I’ll be featuring not just what is being released into the world of books each week, but also the movies you can look forward to on both DVD and in the theater. (Although, to be fair, I’m going to focus on the releases that I’m personally looking forward to.) So without further ado, here’s what I’m excited for this week.
This sounds a bit like Booksmart. After doing everything right for years, and having it pay off, a girl decides to say yes to all opportunities the summer after her senior year.
Suicide Squad wasn’t the best, but this looks way more fun.
This looks dumb as hell, y’all, but I just cannot say no to a horror cheesefest.
This show about Catherine the Great looks so funny. I’m super excited for this one. (5.14/Hulu)
“Set in the world of beautiful but bleak Cape Cod, one woman’s journey to sobriety is overshadowed by a murder investigation dragging her into its fold.” (5.17/Starz)
That’s what I’m excited for this week. Are you looking forward to any of these books, shows, or films?
