What I’m Excited For: Book and Movie Releases Week of 11.12.19

I spend an exorbitant amount of time looking for upcoming releases in both books and movies. I’ve been wanting to create a new weekly post for Natflix&Books for awhile and decided this would be the perfect post for my movie and book blog. On Tuesdays I’ll be featuring not just what is being released into the world of books each week, but also the movies you can look forward to on both DVD and in the theater each week. (Although, to be fair, I’m going to focus on the releases that I’m personally looking forward to.) So without further ado, here’s what I’m excited for this week.

Book Releases

aa

Queen of the Conquered by Kacen Callender

A woman with the power to control minds seeks revenge for her murdered family. Oh, that cover!

DVD Releases

ab

The Farewell

Under the guise of a wedding family members gather to say goodbye to the family matriarch who doesn’t know she is dying.

Theater Releases

Charlie’s Angels

I kind of love Charlie’s Angels and will never get sick of new versions. Plus Kristen Stewart stepping out of her comfort zone.

Ford V Ferarri

This looks kind of silly but I’m gonna watch it anyway.

That’s what I’m excited for this week. Are you looking forward to any of these books or films?

  1. Queen of the Conquered looks interesting! It might just be that the cover reminds me of Ninth House. I’m kind of burnt out on Fantasy right now though.

As far as movies go, I still need to get to the theatre to see Dr. Sleep. I love a good horror movie and it is getting rave reviews.
